Special Contribution to the Emergency Shelter

The Beaumont community has many supporters for the work of The Salvation Army.  This collaboration makes it possible for The Salvation Army to continue meeting “human needs in His name without discrimination.”

The Episcopal Church Women (ECW) of St. Mark’s Church made a gift of $2,000 to The Salvation Army.  This gift was for the purchase of 2 new commercial dryers for the Emergency Shelter as well as to the food pantry.  “We are so glad that we can play a role in helping you meet critical needs in our area,” says Gail Davis, Chairman of the Community Outreach Fund.

The 2 new dryers arrived on Wednesday, July 27.  Many thanks to the ECW!
